I love being in sync with my self . Finally Happy in my skin and not having to prove anything anymore! I have worked in the spa business for almost 30 years , and have a fantastic marriage of over 33 years (that I am writing a screenplay about. ) I am more confident about myself now that I’m older and happy that my healthy lifestyle has allowed me to keep playing the sports that I have enjoyed in my younger days .. People never believe how old I am and that’s always a kick!!
How do you stay fabulous?I stay healthy by eating a lot of fish and vegetables and protein fruit shakes . I practice yoga in the morning and go to the gym 4-5 days a week. My husband and I take ballroom dance classes , .bike, and scuba dive. . My skin regime is an LED light wand weekly and keeping my skin hydrated at night and sun screened during the day. I believe that avoiding the sun, alcohol , smoking and having a great sex life, has helped me have the skin of a 30 year old … and I am double that age!
What would you do with the $40,000?Honestly I would use the money to go to Europe which has been a dream of mine . My husband and I always planned to go but we lost our eldest son 9 yrs ago (in the Army. ) It has forever changed us and put our lives on hold but we are finally at a place where we want to live out our dreams . I would love to visit Italy and Poland where my family is from and spend a few months there writing and living in a different culture.
