I feel extremely comfortable aging gracefully, staying fit mentally and physically. The knowledge I have acquired through the years, and try to be a mentor for the next generation to come.
How do you stay fabulous?I try to eat healthy, workout at least 3 days a week, do NAD drips to help me internally because I am always constantly traveling, take care of my skin with micro-dermabrasion, and my son keeps me young. I had him at a late age of 34 years old and my secret to the fountain of youth is he keeps me young at heart.
What would you do with the $40,000?I honestly would like to honestly donate some of the money to charity to improve the health field and pay for my son college which he wants to be a future neurosurgeon. At this time he is 17 years old and being mentored by several doctors.
