I’m much more grateful at 60 years old than at any other age I’ve been. God has seen fit for me to age naturally and stay healthy so I can watch my children become adults and some have become parents themselves. I love that I have learned to love myself just as I am and am very proud to be ME! Growing old is such a privilege and I’m embracing each and every day. I prefer to age naturally without any cosmetic alterations to my skin and face thus far and I live a very organic lifestyle.
How do you stay fabulous?I start each morning at 5AM writing in my gratitude journal followed up by a Bible study then I teach ESL to Chinese students who I adore! Then I run, (5Ks are a passion) and helps me stay in shape along with resistance and weight training . My skincare is sunscreen daily and moisturizers (all natural no plastic surgery although if it makes you feel fabulous I love that)! Good nutrition is key to staying youthful. As a talent agent, educator, mom and grandma serving others is my happiness!
What would you do with the $40,000?I enjoy working with different charities (animals, foster children, and community resources) but cancer research is priority because I’ve lost multiple family members to cancer and have friends who have been affected by breast cancer. I would like to be more involved with bringing awareness to breast cancer and I would give a portion of the money back to this organization. My adult children and grandchildren are in different states so I’d plan a family vacation for us all!
