I love looking back and remembering my victories and defeats in life. As a human being we all make choices we wouldn’t have made but they teach us so much. . I also practice mindfulness to stay in the present moments. The goal is to move forward as we go through life with wisdom and knowledge!! Kindness Is Important!! I love skincare, staying active outdoors in nature, and drink lots of water.
How do you stay fabulous?My focus for myself is to address mind, body and spirit daily. Each day we are either moving forward or backwards. I do gratitude meditations every morning. Family and friends are the center of my life.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would create a teen youth camp where teens can spend a week in nature with other teens with a spiritual and leadership focus allowing them to form foundational bonds.
