How do you stay fabulous?To stay amazing in my 60's, I prioritize physical health with a balanced diet, regular exercise(cardio , strength, yoga) hydration and sufficient rest. My skincare routine focuses on moisturizing and embracing natural beauty. I protect my mental well being with meaningful, reflection and setting goals. Continuous growth, nurturing relationships, maintaining work-life balance and making time for joy all contribute to my fulfillment and happiness. I embrace every chapter with love & gratitude!
What would you do with the $40,000?If I had $40,000 I would invest in personal growth through education, skill building or launching a passion project, I would create unforgettable travel experiences with loved ones, give back to causes I care about, and build financial security thru investments or debt repayment. Prioritizing wellness might upgrade my fitness routine. Finally I would enhance my home to reflect my values. This investment would align with my vision for a meaningful, fulfilling Life.
