What I love about being over 40 is a confidence that comes with truly knowing myself and embracing my strengths. I’ve learned to set clear boundaries, let go of insecurities, and focus on what really matters. Life feels more intentional, and I found joy in life. There’s a deeper sense of freedom and living unapologetically and with purpose, knowing that I no longer need to seek approval from others. It’s a time of growth, clarity, and living life to the fullest.

How do you stay fabulous?

I stay fabulous by focusing on nurturing my body with whole, nutrient, dense foods, rather than counting calories. I prioritize my health and incorporating daily exercise, taking essential supplements, and making time for rest. By treating my body with care and balance, I feel stronger, energized, and more vibrant, embracing a lifestyle that supports my overall health and longevity.

What would you do with the $40,000?

I think it’s important to find balance between self-care and giving back. I’d prioritize rest and rejuvenation for my health. I’d take a well-deserved vacation, perhaps a retreat focus on relaxation and wellness, to recharge after the demands of my high stress job as a principal. This would allow me to return with renewed energy and clarity. I would also use part of the funds to get back to organizations that matter to me, supporting nonprofit that align with my values and missions to others.
