What I love most about being over 40 is the freedom that comes with knowing who I am and what I want. There’s a confidence in embracing life’s lessons, challenges, and joys. It’s a time of thriving, not just surviving, and I’m more focused than ever on my health, my purpose, and living life on my terms. Each year is an adventure, and the best is still ahead!
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by prioritizing my health, staying active, and nourishing my body with good food and supplements. But it’s also about mindset—continuing to learn, grow, and surround myself with positive people who lift me up. I make time for things that bring me joy, like traveling, connecting with friends, family…and of course my cows! Staying fabulous is about thriving in every area of life—mind, body, and spirit!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would start a mentorship program with our local women’s shelter. I believe women can do anything they put their mind to given the opportunity and tools!
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
