I wish I could say it’s because life is easier, but it’s not. Having a daughter with down syndrome and autism and multiple health issues is very challenging and difficult. I have stayed home with my daughter Cameron for the last 20 years and focussed on taking care of her and her health. I have two other children, daughter-in-law, School and a son in electrical. I love watching them grow older and more successful and happy with their lives. If they are happy, then I know I’ve done my job.
How do you stay fabulous?I take care of my skin and teach yoga to adults with special needs. I have a great group of friends that helped me through the hard times. Every day I am thankful to have my daughter Cameron. I joke with my friends that I’ll be the only one that will have a child that never leaves home., how lucky am I. She is my sunshine!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would pay off some debt and take the family on a vacation.. Cameron is waiting to have open heart surgery so a vacation after would be amazing. She loves the beach…. What is it?
