What I love about being over 40 is having the confidence that comes with experience, knowing who I am, and seeing my flaws as learning lessons. It's about cherishing every moment and realizing that with age comes wisdom. I enjoy being a wife, mother, business owner, and loving myself within all my roles. I love thriving as a woman over 40 and inspiring others to do the same!
How do you stay fabulous?Life can be busy and challenging, but I learned to stay fabulous, you have to have balance, boundaries, and rest. **Prioritize self-care**: You can’t pour from an empty cup. Spend some time meditating or reading. **Delegate and outsource**: Focus on what truly needs my attention at that time. **Stay organized**: Plan ahead. Schedule everything, including family time and self-care, to ensure balance without burning yourself out. **Help and Support ** Accept and utilize your help and support
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use the 40,000 to invest in my family’s future, pay medical expenses, vacation, and donate to my charity organization, I Care wYou Breast Cancer Awareness Organization to engage, educate, and empower others on awareness, prevention, self care, and survival.
