What I adore about being fabulous at 40+: I’m an expert in my field, confident, and still rocking my fitness! My boundaries are stronger than my morning coffee, and I only keep quality peeps in my circle. Negativity? Not on my watch! I’m way less insecure and still feel fabulous. Young enough to stay active, old enough to ignore the haters. And ramen dinners? So last decade!
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by keeping an open mind and soaking up new experiences! I’m all about self-growth, pushing those comfort zone boundaries, and serving others. My circle is VIP only—quality connections, please! I stay active, commune with nature and animals, and always make time for fun. Mindfulness and meditation are a mainstay for me. I eat healthy (most of the time) and embrace my inner mischief-maker. And honestly? I refuse to take myself too seriously—life's a party!
What would you do with the $40,000?I’d invest that $40,000 to supercharge my personal brand, dedicated to transforming mental health and, in turn, physical well-being! As a nurse practitioner, I’m on a mission to empower individuals with the tools to connect their mental and physical health, paving the way to improve, prevent, and even reverse disease. Together, let’s create a paradigm shift in healthcare, enhancing the human experience for all. The future of wellness starts here!
