Being fabulous over 40 to me means being the best version of myself for my family, friends and coworkers and just an overall kind human.

What I love about being over 40 is the freedom to express myself in ways that I wasn’t comfortable with earlier in life. Knowing what I like and don’t like and having the understanding as to why. I love having the wisdom to make better choices for myself and the world around me and being able to affect change in the things that are most important to me. I also love the relationships that I have at this point in life and continuing to grow those with the people I love.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by being myself, unapologetically. I love hard, work hard, and play even harder. I’ll continue to refine my tastes by world travel and experiencing as much of life as humanly possible. I’ve learned to accept who I am and see myself how others see me. I am not ashamed to say that the good genes from my beautiful mother don’t hurt to have either.
What would you do with the $40,000?My 40’s have not been so fabulous with a lot of medical problems that I wasn’t sure I would survive. I hope that I am now on the other side of those and will be coming in hot for my 50th birthday in 2025. First things first - I’d celebrate turning 50 with a summer bash in Destin with my favorite people! Then a college graduation trip with my son and visiting Europe and Thailand with my husband. These 2 have been my rock during difficult times and they deserve to be celebrated and appreciated!
