The wisdom that comes with growing older is invaluable. I've learned not to get caught up in life's drama and to appreciate each day. I love feeling confident in who I am and knowing that I am worthy of all the good things that have come to me despite the trials and tribulations I've faced. It's important to me to be an example to younger generations, showing them that life can improve as we age, and so can our bodies and minds.
How do you stay fabulous?I make it a priority to stay active every day and take care of my body and mind by maintaining a healthy balance of diet and exercise. I also find a way to make time for myself, whether it's a night out with friends, a massage, or a manicure/pedicure day. Presenting myself in a polished manner is important to me as it makes me feel classy and confident in who I am.
