The confidence that comes with experiencing the ups and downs of life. I think when you reach midlife you give less F’s about what other people think and you start to live in a more authentic way. You’ve raised children, you’re experiencing your parents aging and friends passing away and you start to feel a sense of mortality and with that comes the courage to live more fully and embrace the present.
How do you stay fabulous?I workout 4-6 days a week including strength training, running, spinning, and functional fitness class. My gym family are women in their late thirties to late forties. They motivate me and hold me accountable. Each are inspiring in their own way.
What would you do with the $40,000?I am recently divorced and have a son with severe disabilities. I would more than likely spend the money making our new house more accessible for him.
