After losing my niece in 2018 to SUDEP (sudden unexplained death in epilepsy) I chose to gain my health and happiness back in her honor.

I love being over 40 for so many reasons! I am more confident in who I am now, than I have ever been. I know that I can grow into whatever I want to be or do now and that age is just a number. There is no limit to what I can do.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by focusing on my health and fitness. I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and my dogs. I think having a life that is enriching mentally, spiritually and physically keeps me feeling and being my best.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would love to use some of the $40000 to start a non profit organization that aims to educate and bring light to SUDEP (Sudden, Unexplained, Death in Epilepsy). I would also love to take my family on a Disney cruise, something we’ve all dreamed of doing someday!
