How do you stay fabulous?I keep my hormones balanced and take my vitamins. I enjoy weightlifting it just makes me feel better when I’m done. I also do reiki and meditate.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I’m being honest short of making sure my children are taken care of I will likely invest it back into my business so I can help more women in their journey through perimenopause and menopause. It’s important to me to make sure women know they are not alone when you go from feeling like you can conquer the world to in the worse cases like you are a shell of your former safe. It’s my job to let them know we can still be us and win in this stage of life and beyond.
