What I love about being over 40 is the power of transformation. I’ve shed 160-lbs, conquered depression, and embraced my glow like never before. This stage of life has given me confidence, resilience, and purpose. I’ve launched my wellness clinic, helping others on their journey to health and empowerment. It’s a time to thrive, take control, and show that age is just the beginning of our best years. I’m living proof that it’s never too late to shine and inspire others to do the same.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by prioritizing my health, inside and out. Through balanced nutrition, regular movement, and self-care, I’ve maintained my 160 lb weight loss and manage my mental health. I practice gratitude, surround myself with positive energy, and never stop learning or growing. Staying fabulous is about embracing my journey, empowering others, and glowing from within. Every day is a new chance to show up as my best self and inspire others to do the same!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would expand KeyRo Wellness, bringing more accessible wellness services to those struggling with obesity and overall well-being. This would help fund innovative treatments, expand outreach, and create programs focused on empowering individuals to regain control of their health. It would also support the growth of my personal brand, DrKeyHealthGlow, allowing me to inspire and educate more people on their journey to wellness and self-love. Every dollar would fuel the mission to help others glow!
