I love that I am now fully able to step into my personal power and materially give back to younger women who might need a leg up. I love that life is always full of surprises and now that my daughter is grown, I have the bandwidth to explore, create and expand my horizons. Taking on new projects, learning new skills and expanding my network means that I can add value in places that I couldn't before I hit 40 plus. Life over 40 (and beyond) is rich, multi-dimensional and full of colour.
How do you stay fabulous?Pilates, reading, connecting with other women, giving back and focusing on my physical, mental and spiritual health. By always being curious and open minded.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would donate a portion of it to a breakfast program for inner city kids in my city, save some of it for a rainy day and take my family on a long overdue holiday somewhere warm -- Toronto winters can be a tad long!
