What I love about being over 40 is being confident in who I am as a person and what I want out of life. Being a positive role model and parent to my two children because this world needs more driven, hardworking and loyal people in it.
How do you stay fabulous?I work out daily and it helps me both physically and mentally. I enjoy running, strength training and taking my puppy, Bear for walks.
