How do you stay fabulous?Well being diagnosed at the age of 45 with heart failure and an ICD implanted and possible heart transplant needed in future I knew I had to make some healthy lifestyle changes, I’ve lost 110 pounds over the past three years and have kept it off… I walk 4-5 miles a day, kettlebell workouts and resistance training… eat healthier as a life style change…. We’ve got to make a change to see a change is my motto
What would you do with the $40,000?Oh my, I would pay off some debt, but my hubby and I a much needed mattress… save and spoil my grand babies and take a never had beach vacation with the hubs Replace some windows in our home, and a few upgrades in the house as well
