I love being over 40 because I have a clearer sense of myself, I make decisions based on my values. I live life with gratitude and look forward to how I can help others find strength in navigating this stage of their life!
How do you stay fabulous?I try to keep balance in my life. I try to eat right and exercise and most importantly I work on my mental health. Meditation has become a daily practice for me. It allows me to remember that our journey is not to travel alone but to love and help others along the way.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use the $40,000 to help women understand that aging can be beautiful. My online menopause platform helps educate women, it gives them a safe space to hear other women’s challenges. This would allow me to offer more resources and programs to elevate and empower women as we all navigate this transformative period of our lives.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
