What I love about being over 40 is the confidence that comes from experience. By this stage, I’ve gained a clearer understanding of who I am and what truly matters. I’m more comfortable in my own skin, and I’ve learned to prioritize things that bring fulfillment and joy. There’s also a sense of freedom in letting go of societal pressures and embracing life on my own terms. It’s a time of growth, wisdom, and the opportunity to build deeper, more meaningful connections.
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous over 40 is all about embracing balance, confidence, and self-care. A few key ways that keep me thriving are, I prioritize self-care. I make time for my physical and mental well-being. I stay active, eat nourishing foods, and get quality rest. This is key to maintaining energy and vitality. I embrace my style! I wear what makes me feel confident and authentic. I keep learning and growing. I stay curious and keep expanding my horizons. Growth keeps me feeling vibrant.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use the money to invest in my team. I’ve learned that investing in your team is one of the most powerful ways to cultivate lasting success. By leading with intention and paying it forward, I’ll not only strengthen my current team but also inspire and equip the next generation to follow suit. I would direct the investment toward professional growth, team-building initiatives, or another area that drives impact.
