My girls are grown, becoming incredible women, and watching them thrive is one of my greatest joys. How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous after 40 by making fitness a priority! I exercise regularly, ride my mountain bike for both fun and cardio, and recently added weight lifting to my routine. The changes in my body composition have been amazing! Staying active keeps me feeling strong and energized. I also focus on maintaining a balanced diet, using high-quality skincare, and making time for self-care. It’s all about consistency, inside and out—taking care of my body, mind, and skin helps me stay fabulous.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I had $40K, I’d invest it back into my education and continued learning. I’m passionate about growth, both personally and professionally, and staying ahead in aesthetics and wellness is crucial. Whether through advanced training, certifications, or learning new techniques, I believe ongoing education is key to delivering the best care to my clients and expanding my expertise. Investing in myself means better results for my clients and my business!
