I love that I am able to enjoy my adult children. I love the newfound confidence of being over 50. I love that I still have the energy for my full-time job, my family, my husband, and for all the things I love to do!! Being over 40 (or over 50 in my case,) has freed me from caring so much about what others think or say about me & focusing on what I think about me! I am more comfortable in my skin & that is a great feeling. 10 years ago, I never would have been brave enough to enter this contest!
How do you stay fabulous?I love my work & I love spending time with my family! I try to stay fabulous by spreading my wings and trying new things! I started a TikTok channel where I share my love of makeup and everything else about my crazy life! I try to care good care of myself physically, mentally & spiritually. I try especially hard to put good into the world & I love working with a local charity. My 12 year battle with cancer has also shown me how strong I can be and to NEVER give up or give in!!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would most likely take a vacation with my husband of almost 20 years, and divide the rest of the money amongst my four boys so that they could start saving for homes!!
