What I love about being over 40 is embracing the role of a proud mom and wife of military officers who have served and defended our country. My two married sons are US Marine Corps officers, and I travel extensively to stay connected with them and my two grandchildren. I work full-time in the healthcare field, educating patients and consumers of all ages on the importance of nutrition and wellness. Additionally, I am passionate about developing future leaders to reach their full potential.
How do you stay fabulous?After moving 14X due to my husband’s career in the Military & Corporate America, I’ve created a home for our family wherever we’ve landed. I’ve learned to immerse myself in various communities around the globe. Currently, we’re settled in S FL, where I enjoy a fulfilling life surrounded by family, friends, and a rewarding career. Self-care & positivity are essential to me, so I make time for meditation, swimming & yoga. Where afterwards I have been known to have a massage & facial!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would like to donate a portion of my winnings to several of the boards I serve on, such as Food is Medicine, which focuses on integrating access to healthy diets and nutrition. Additionally, as the Publisher of The Corporate Diwali, a social community where individuals from diverse backgrounds contribute unique experiences; support my niece who has Rett’s syndrome, a debilitating genetic disorder & Arras Health (Mental Health App). Lastly, travel to see my military family.
