I love the confidence, wisdom, and strength of being over 40. Every year has brought me lessons, experiences, and friendships that have stood the test of time. While I have the vitality and energy of my 20s, I now walk through life with a more profound sense of purpose and gratitude. Every challenge is an opportunity to grow. Over 40, I feel more centered and powerful, and I am determined and empowered to embrace the best version of myself.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by nourishing my body with healthy foods, maintaining fitness, and giving myself grace. Past challenges have taught me to see obstacles as opportunities for growth, which helps keep my stress at bay. As a fitness instructor and health coach, I inspire others to embrace wellness in mind and body. My secrets are staying active, engaging with clients, and focusing on self-care. My secret radiance is being joyful.& maintaining balance
What would you do with the $40,000?I'd invest in my Health Coaching business and further my education. I'm passionate about giving back to the senior community by creating programs that empower them to thrive, maintain dignity, and feel stronger. I'll give seniors tools to enhance their health and well-being through nutrition education, fitness, food demos, and personalized wellness. Seniors deserve to live vibrant, empowered lives, and I want to provide the support and joy they need to feel their best every day.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
