Found my rhythm. It's all about balance and moderation. Eat well, sleep well, and move your body. At 59 living wholeheartedly is the key.

I think the best part about being over 40 is the lens from which I view the world. There's a sense of understanding oneself more, self-acceptance, and peacefulness. It's not about comparing yourself to anyone else now. It's about approaching the world with a newfound confidence that comes from within.
How do you stay fabulous?I suppose I stay fabulous by embracing every morning with a sense of wonder and awe. I look for joy in all aspects of my life. And finding the silver lining in the more challenging moments. Being connected with the people in my community, my family, and my friends is one way that I fill my cup myself. In doing that I am surrounding myself on a regular basis with joyful moments. Keeping our mind, our body and our souls active is a key component to staying fabulous.
What would you do with the $40,000?I think the $40,000 would provide me with the freedom to achieve some of my personal goals. One would be contributing to the lives of my adult children as they embark on their careers. I would donate a portion of the money to the ride to conquer cancer which is something that has been a passion of mine since 2010. And the rest well I would love to go visit my late grandfather's village in Italy and trace some of my family history!
