How do you stay fabulous?Kundalini,, a good hatha flow Or Buti Yoga , makes me feel healthy and balanced. I keep my face in good shape with a good skin-care routine.. nurturing the soul by journaling and eating at least a couple home cooked meals a week along with sometimes childish, like taking a min or two to dance in the mirror by yourself to, painting, creating things . Believiing when you stay in the moment you don't age. I try not too dwell much in the past or the future but rather livie in the moment.
