The older I get the happier I become. I’m more content in life than I’ve ever been and contentment brings peace. I practice gratitude several times a day, the more grateful I am, the more blessings I receive. I want to live to be 100 years old, so I prioritize my health. I love life, my family, my job & my hobbies. I become more and more self aware with time.
How do you stay fabulous?I eat healthy, I take daily vitamins, I do 30-45 minutes of walking every day. I practice kundalini yoga & meditation daily. I try to get 6-8 hours of sleep every night. I don’t let anything bother me. Kundalini yoga is a practice to open the 144,000 chakras in our body. A wise man once said the kingdom of heaven is within & I believe he meant when those 144,000 chakras are open & flowing you are able feel what the kingdom of heaven is.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would help my kids pay off their student loans. I would be able to live debt free. & help my husband with his debt as well. We both have good jobs but paying 20-30k a year in taxes & insurances were forced to buy necessities on credit. Living debt free is my main goal.
