I love feeling at home in my body and appreciating it for the powerhouse that it is. I love the wisdom that comes from growing up in the generation before social media, it's a bonus for us to have both perspectives. I love being in a stage of life where I want to share everything in me that I believe could benefit others. I love that friendships are more genuine, relationships are stronger, and I still get to play like a kid. Aging is a beautiful blessing.

I stay fabulous by keeping life light and watching what I ingest - food, tv, books, people, etc. I listen to my body's needs and stay in shape through yoga, cycling and Pilates. I teach yoga locally and love that I have the privilege of guiding students and holding space for them to meet themselves on the mat. Laughing often is also key, and when it's with my kids it's even more fabulous. Oh, and kitchen dance parties are a must for staying fabulous!

I would donate a portion of it to victims of domestic violence. I would put the rest into my small business which is focused on women - on building community that allows us to feel seen, embodied and empowered. Through workshops and retreats (and group coaching coming soon), I use the modalities of meditation, journaling, yoga, breathwork and sound healing to help us inspect our thoughts, uncover limiting beliefs, come back home into our bodies, and release what no longer serves us.
