How do you stay fabulous?It takes a village! I start with a mind frame that I am capable and enough. Then it's diet, water, rest and exercise. I many do weights and cardio. I. Nit a gym person so I try to get outside for a run, swimmjng, walk or hike. I also have a background in skincare and esthetics. You must wear sunscreen, moisturize and address your skincare concerns as they arise. And the med spa biting and filler to compliment my natural beauty.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would invest In a new business in the fitness industry that would help empower people to live healthier, happier lives. I would do this so that will have business's and capitol to teach my daughter to do two the same. So that she can continue on woman in leadership and ownership positions.
