What I love about being over 40 is the knowledge that comes with more than 4 decades on this planet. There is a certain amount of clarity that starts to present itself, and I’ve begun to see why I’ve faced different challenges and joys throughout my life. Believing in my self worth has been a difficult and lifelong journey. At 48 I finally have the confidence to say I am happy with who I am and with the life I have created.
How do you stay fabulous?Honestly, I’ve learned the importance of surrounding myself with people who fill me with joy and a sense of fulfillment. It’s no longer about making everyone else happy, but rather about prioritizing what gives me joy. I make sure to spend as much time as possible with my beautiful family and incredible friends. I also place a lot of value in taking care of my physical and mental health; working out 5-6 days a week, regular aesthetic treatments, getting enough sleep & drinking a ton of water.
What would you do with the $40,000?$40,000 dollars would mostly all go towards my children’s education. If there was anything remaining, a small home Reno would be so nice!!
