I love that I have both experience and a lot of living to look forward to. I love watching my children become good citizens and learn to enjoy and discover life. Being over 40 made me decide to make some major changes in my life. My 40s helped me to learn that I'm comfortable in my own skin and being me. I could parent better on my own. I became a Paralegal to ensure I could navigate and advocate for my new life path plus feel good about helping others. It is not easy but, it is living and real.
How do you stay fabulous?By working hard, being patient, and caring for those around me. I also enjoy nature, walking, family, pets, good food, crafts, traveling, and visiting my closest friends when we can find time. If I want breakfast for supper, then I have breakfast for supper. I think my 40s have taught me to be me. Being fabulous is to be comfortable in my skin and be comfortable with my decisions. I believe that is how to be fabulous, then you spread your fabulous energy to those closest to you.
What would you do with the $40,000?First, I would plan a dream trip to Europe for my family (sorry pets). Then I would pay off my student loans that I accumulated in my 40s while becoming more fabulous of course. Finally, with the leftover funds, I would save for a rainy day/emergency fund. I can't imagine how fabulously freeing it would feel, to know the debt was gone, that there are funds for an emergency, and my family's dream trip could be planned. Pinch me!
