Receive Text UpdatesI love being 59 years young. I love the wisdom I have acquired through the years. I believe loving yourself inside and outside is the key to happiness. I love that I still have that inner child and can laugh at the good bad and the ugly. My parents instilled hard-work pays off and you can achieve anything in life. I love that I have an adventurous soul and I am looking forward to traveling more. Which being over 40 has allowed me to do more often. I am conquering my golden years.
How do you stay fabulous?As stated above, my positivity. I try to limit my stress and get at least eight hours of sleep a night. I enjoy morning meditation, stretches and walks with my fur babies. I drink lots of water and recently switched over from coffee to drinking tea. I love how it makes me feel Zen. I take multi vitamins and collagen. I have a skin regiment using serums and creams. I pretty much have a healthy diet, but when I am traveling, I like to indulge in the local cuisine and sweets. Why not 😉
What would you do with the $40,000?My family is so important to me. I enjoy spending time with them and would love to spoil them on a trip.
