After 40 I have found that my relationship with myself is the most fascinating part of life, I have learned to care less on how everyone receives me, and to focus more on everything and everybody that brings me genuine joy. I’m financially independent, strong willed, find joy in the simplest things that life has to offer. I enjoy spending time with my husband, but still find time to enrich my own needs to the fullest… I’ve absolutely fallen head over heels with my wellness journey.
How do you stay fabulous?Stay humble, maintain high standards, try new things often, stay positive, work hard professionally as well as in the gym, never say never, crush all goals set, stay true to my dreams, and always keep moving forward!
What would you do with the $40,000?I’m not entirely sure… for starters I would help my Dad secure his medical insurance premiums after his last cancer treatment next month. Possibly go on a warm vacation since Idaho is getting a bit frigid, and possibly buy a new wardrobe since my weight loss has shrunk my current fashion collection.
