I'm 58 years old and living my best life. I have very little wrinkles, and I remain positive throughout my aging process.

Some of my favorite things about being in my fifties are freedom to rest in imperfection, freedom from people-pleasing, deeper awareness of what matters and what doesn’t, a new level of spiritual intimacy and abandonment, and finally the joy of seeing adult children launch into life yet come back home. Friendships that stand the test of time. Family ties that anchor and hold me A fiance, soon to be husband, who sees me and gives me a safe place to just be.
How do you stay fabulous?I embrace change. Instead of mourning the loss of my younger self, I view this as an opportunity for personal growth. I can shake things up. Try new things. And step into my new and powerful self. So, bring on the change, I’m ready to rock this life!
