I love the freedom from trying to fit into a fixed age box. Nobody can tell you nothing after the age of 40! The wisdom of all my years combined has turned me into the person I always dreamed I could be.
How do you stay fabulous?I do macros, lift heavy weights, practice plenty of self care. I love being around friends and loved ones. I don’t limit myself to a particular diet. I never want to feel deprived, just satisfied.
What would you do with the $40,000?I’d like to invest it into my business and maybe take a cheeky vacation or hit myself with a good laser:)
