How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous in my 60 is all about balance and embracing all that life has to offer. First and foremost, I prioritize hydration—there’s nothing like water to keep my skin glowing and my energy levels high. Regular exercise is key for me, whether it's through Pilates, CrossFit, or just dancing around the living room. Moving my body not only keeps me fit but also lifts my spirits! I’m passionate about learning and continue my studies, as expanding my knowledge keeps my mind sharp and engage
What would you do with the $40,000?À 60 ans, j'envisage d'investir 40 000 $ pour enrichir ma vie. Je prévois d’allouer 10 000 $ aux voyages, pour découvrir de nouvelles cultures et profiter de la beauté de la Californie et d’autres destinations. Ensuite, je destinerai 8 000 $ à l'éducation, en suivant des cours qui nourrissent mes passions et m’aident à grandir personnellement. Pour ma santé et mon bien-être, 6 000 $ seront investis dans des programmes de fitness et de relaxation. Enfin, je consacrerai 8 000 $ à l’aide aux Femmes
