Connect What do you love about being over 40?

What I love about being over 40 yrs old is the wisdom and confidence you gain as you age. As a woman you no longer doubt yourself and other silly things that bothered you when you were younger. Having a son and being a grandma is my greatest joy in my life! I was a young widow at 42 yrs old with a 11 yr old boy to raise with no financial help and started my life over. Even though it was a very traumatic time in my 40's it was one of the best times of my life.

How do you stay fabulous?

Staying fabulous is taking care of yourself, especially your health and diet. My lifestyle is still working in Property Management. Meeting new guests for Short term and long term rentals. Making sure sure they have a great vacation gives me great pleasure to see their happiness. Enjoying time with my family and friends is fantastic for your mental well being. Especially after Covid. The fabulous splurge are massages, Botox and traveling. Being kind is important in a divided Country.

What would you do with the $40,000?

My house flooded on Aug 20 2023.(Hurricane Hilary) It's been an extremely difficult year financially, emotionally and physically. When you buy a condo in the Desert, you never expect it to flood with other circumstances beyond your control. I had zero credit card debt when I was flooded. I would take one trip with my son and grandkids and pay off my credit card debt that I now have from Hurricane Hilary.
