Being over 40 gives me perspective about things that matter. My regrets are now lessons. But I also love the comfort that I can do or say something weird and I still get out of bed the next morning unscathed.

What would you do with the $40,000?I would give half to someone I know who lost her home due to identity left. But then save and have a really nice Christmas.
