I love that being over 40 means truly knowing myself. I’ve gained wisdom from my experiences and confidence in my skin. Life becomes less about pleasing others and more about living authentically. I have more fun, take better care of my health, and embrace the journey with grace and laughter. Every year over 40 is a celebration of strength and beauty!
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous is all about doing what makes me feel vibrant. I run 5ks to stay active, dance to keep my spirit alive, and dress for myself, knowing how I feel radiates outward. Feeling good comes from balancing mind, body, and soul — I prioritize self-care, stay curious, and never stop seeking joy in life’s little adventures.
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000, I’d focus on health and wellness initiatives that support women over 40, empowering others to feel fabulous in their skin. I’d invest in experiences that align with my passion for fitness and community, like organizing wellness retreats or supporting local health projects. It would be about giving back, sharing the joy, and creating meaningful connections with others!
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
