I am pleased to acknowledge my age to those who ask! Some lessons learned the hard way, I've eliminated habits of mind, body and spirit that did not serve me. A kaleidoscope of experience as mother, teacher, partner, both revolutionary and devoted, I am a testament to grace, and poise. My open heart and mind have enabled me to see the world from much understanding and many perspectives. I delight in sharing my wisdom with people on how to manifest and support their best life possible.
How do you stay fabulous?Vibrancy at 68 comes with a wholistic approach of elimination of toxins in body, mind and spirit. Staying alkaline with good water, whole foods and remedies, essential oils and exercise for body and face, non toxic cleaning products for home and body, nature, prayer, mediation, fresh air, sun, rebounding, vibration plate, music, dance, and laughter are daily practices. I surround and nurture myself with people and activities that embrace love, joy and peace.
What would you do with the $40,000?My triumph would be starting a non profit organization that would support women to stay healthy and youthful with self love and wholistic care of mind, body and spirit, teaching food choice and preparation, fitness, detoxifying, energizing, yoga on and off the mat, healthy childrearing, natural vision improvement, ergonomics, digestive wellness, chronic disease, anti-aging, the result being the natural beauty that emerges when aligned with the essential.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
