I have more confidence now than ever before in my life which is something I never expected. There’s a self assurance that comes with age, with motherhood and the accumulation of life experiences.
How do you stay fabulous?I am diligent about my workouts, very aware that if you don’t use it you lose it- so lifting weights and staying on top of my cardio has been key. I also pay attention to what I eat and ALWAYS wear sunscreen.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would most definitely book all the bike races I’ve wanted to do but couldn’t afford (there are some in South America and Europe I’m dying to get to) and bikes are expensive!! Honestly the rest I’d put away in savings and use towards travel, other athletic pursuits and maybe some laser treatments for the sunspots I get from racing despite all the sunscreen!!
