How do you stay fabulous?5am morning meditation holding space for my soul. Looking in the mirror say "You are Beautiful" daily ritiual for Self Love. Enjoying a hot cup of pure water to be grateful for filling my soul with warmth. And of course a morning coffee as I step outside and say HELLO.
What would you do with the $40,000?Winning the $40000 would be remarkable a gift from the Universe! First I would sit in meditation and be grateful for the gift. Secondly I would assist my business Kat Berard Just Breathe Inc to provide more for the community and to assist my passion of assisting with Self Care and Love with in. Allow myself a trip by the ocean to be sun kissed. I would sponsor a loving soul dealing with grief providing Coaching, Meditation and Reiki Healing.
