I love growing in my confidence both physically and mentally. There is a simplicity to my priorities that gives me a much loved feeling of freedom and balance. I love the relationships I have with my adult sons and my close friends. I love that I feel healthier and more fit at 51 than I did in my 30s or 40s. I love how excited I feel about this next half of my life, starting a new career, seeking new adventures and embracing life as a single woman.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by embracing authenticity and making my health a priority. Coming from the health & wellness industry, I have great deal of education on nutrition, fitness, hormones & lifestyle. I eat healthy, drink matcha, lift weights & dance everyday. I am constantly challenging myself to expand my knowledge and skills, whether it's through launching my own business or taking new styles of dance classes with people half my age, tackling something new will always make me feel fabulous.
What would you do with the $40,000?As I venture into the next phase of my life, which includes launching my own women's menopause & health coaching business and embracing financial independence post-divorce, receiving $40,000 would significantly support me. I want to help women of all socioeconomic backgrounds feel their best. This $40,000 would not only hold personal significance for me, but it would also positively impact numerous women who might otherwise lack the means to prioritize their health and well-being.
