I love not thinking about what others worry about, I do what makes me happy. Everyone else worries about what people might think. I never worry about that. Life is beautiful. How do you stay fabulous?I meditate daily. I walk daily. I hit the gym 2-3 times a week. I do my best to eat "live"food. I love doing isometric workouts. Life is good.
