What I love most about being over 40 is the woman I’ve become through all the obstacles i faced throughout life. The self-discovery that brought me empowerment, confidence & a deeper understanding of who I am & what truly matters to me. That sense of confidence comes with knowing my worth, loving & embracing myself with gratitude & acceptance. I feel more in tune with my body, mind, spirit, & desires. After 40 we step into our power & pursue all the passions & goals that live in our heart.
How do you stay fabulous?It starts from within. I practice mindfulness daily, staying present and grateful for the life I get to live. I move my body with intention, making exercise a celebration of what it can do. I fill myself with nourishing foods that fuel me from the inside out. But it’s more than just physical; positivity & good energy are just as essential. I radiate that energy into the world, which creates a ripple effect inspiring those around me, which in turn motivates me to keep showing up for myself.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use the money expand my coaching company to help more women flourish through life after 40. I feel a great responsibility to help other women succeed & be able to thrive at any age. I am Also working on a passion project to save our teens from the destruction of drugs and a portion of my winnings would go to support this cause.
