How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by nurturing my mind, body, and soul. I prioritize self-care through daily movement, mindfulness, and emotional balance. By continually learning and embracing change, I stay connected to my inner strength. Helping others grow, whether through my work in relation d’aide or as a mother, keeps me grounded and inspired. Staying fabulous is about evolving and shining from the inside out
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use the $40,000 to start my own holistic health center, sharing the valuable lessons I’ve learned in emotional intelligence, trauma and personal growth. It would be a space for people to reconnect with themselves, heal, and transform their lives, just as on my own journey.
