What I love about being over 40 is feeling and looking as good as I did at 25 but with the experience of having lived!!!
How do you stay fabulous?First, loving my essence, connecting with my body and being in the here and now! I dance and go to the gym. I enjoy eating healthy and every week I enjoy the sea and contact with nature.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would set up my life coaching and holistic therapies and dance practice to help women over 40 with their self-esteem so that they recognize their power and high value!
