What I love about being over 40 is the confidence that comes with truly knowing myself, embracing my strengths, and letting go of unnecessary worries. I cherish the journey and the projects still unfolding. Every day, I’m grateful for my family, friends, and work, knowing I’m making a difference. Being over 40 is about natural, beautiful growth, and the joy of owning every part of who I am.

How do you stay fabulous?

To stay fabulous, I nurture my mind, body, and soul daily. I practice gratitude, affirmations, meditation, and personal development, embracing forgiveness, self-acceptance, and love. I stay active with Pilates, yoga and dance. I fuel my body with healthy foods, take massages, take good care of my skin and hair, connect with empowered friends, and enjoy nature and travel to stay inspired. Volunteering helps me give back and stay connected. It’s all about balance, joy, and living vibrantly!

What would you do with the $40,000?

With the $40,000, I’ll live by the lessons I teach my children. A portion will go to giving back, including donations to a charity that supports women and helping a friend in need. Another part will cover daily living and personal growth—self-care, visiting friends and family overseas, learning face yoga, getting a well deserved beauty spa weekend, and starting my business. I’ll save some and invest the rest to make the money work for me while I sleep.
