I am 40 and renewed. I have accomplished many goals that I am extremely proud of. I set a beautiful example for my Hispanic culture.

Living life to the fullest, the way I choose to live my life and not how society thinks I should. Being more in tune with myself spiritually, mentally, physically, and emotionally. Feeling more peaceful and being a great role model to my two daughters. And with the grace of God I get to say I am a breast cancer survivor.
How do you stay fabulous?Putting myself first. Exercising, getting enough sleep at night, eating healthy, staying away from negativity and drama. Learning new things/skills, traveling, spending time with family and friends. Lots of self-care, attending church, attending therapy, and reiki therapy. Staying focus on my personal and professional goals. Being the best mom I can be.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would love to expand my mental health private practice and give back to the underserved communities. Provide education and resources regarding mental health, substance abuse, sexual abuse, domestic violence, discrimination, and continue to diminish the stigma around seeking mental health services.
